Definition: Angular Momentum
The definition of angular momentum, for an object spinning about its center of mass with inertia $I$ and angular velocity $\omega$, is $$L=I\omega$$We can state conservation of angular momentum, which is when a system of objects experiences no net torque. Note also that we can write the analog of $F=\Delta p/\Delta t$ as $$\tau=\frac{\Delta L}{\Delta t}$$
